    well as some of u guys know im selling my 89 lx(roller) for 950, guy is traveling over 450 miles each way. I im selling the tremec 3550 its 4th messed up tomorrow for 300. im plan on keeping the 306 short block. but my mamaw is co sgining for me a loan for this.

    i like these cars for some reason. im going to drive this until i save enough money to get a Nice roller coupe and get a new tranny and finish the engine:nice:

    I heard the SHO came with a V8 but I have never seen one I have just seen the V6 Yamaha engine....and they sound like a V6. I like the older style kinda.

    just looked the taurus SHO 3.4 V8 up ans its puts 235hp@6100 and 230@4800. thats not that bad for a 3.4 V8

    i dont know, i have my highest bid set at 2500 and it still havent meet reserve:nonono: . im hopeing it not much more then that

    well my mamaw bought an 03 taurus in march with 65000 ans she got it for 7K so i hope its not to much even tho its a SHO with low miles

    i wouldnt have sold the stang, but that taurus is nice to bad there slow.

    not really going for fast just something when i want it to go it will. i think it will be fairly fast:shrug:

    hell i might put a cia on it and some naws and dyno it:rolleyes:

    I think they are a pretty quick car. I have never seen one of those (that style) but I have been in a few of the older style ones. The automatic SHO felt like it lacked alot of power but the 5 speed one would roast the front tires off easy lol.

    Yep, the old style V6 with a 5 Speed will Torch the newer V8 Automatics.

    yeah the v6's are faster than the newer ones. i think the v8's run like high 15's or low 16's.
