New dyno numbers

New numbers are in - I'm pleased with the results.

We made 5 pulls total, trying a few different combinations. We settled on a tune for 89 octane that produced 300.2 rwhp and 313.6 rwtq (sae corrected) with a 13.1 a/f ratio.

99 degrees outside, humid as hell.

I saw on one of the other posts that you are thinking Sallen S/C ? You know you will need to send in your computer for the tune, right ? Unless Andre is close by to tune. Otherwise, I doubt you could drive over. Also, check with Saleen, they may not warrantley if someone else tunes ... let us know what you find out

Andre lives down the street from me, and Hennessey Performance is 3 miles from my house. We talked about it last night - he doesn't think we'll have any problem tuning it.

Speaking of Hennessey, there were 9 Vipers, 8 SRT Rams, an SRT-8 Magnum and a Ford GT there. Talk about some money in that shop!!

3 miles ? Cool, you should have been there the other day when I tuned mine Yes, they got ***** loads of high HP cars/trucks. When you get the S/C on, I want to be there to drool over it - make sure you tell me whne you tune.

I know - I was up in Indianapolis last week, otherwise I would've been there. Andre told me you guys would be out there.

Believe me brother, I'm gonna let the whole world know when the Saleen unit goes on!!


btw - congrats on your numbers - Andre's been telling me all about how your car is reacting to the S/C - freaking monster!!

You'll like the Saleen blower . Just pulley it up a little, there's tons of power left in it over the 4psi it comes setup for. My car is a freakin rocket with it, and I haven't even gone WOT with it yet! (haven't dyno tuned it yet)

Very nice numbers. You wouldn't happen to have a sound clip of the exhaust would you? I would like to here what the off road x sound like with the magnaflows.

Actualy, I do. I haven't pulled last night's footage off the camera yet, but I've posted several other clips here before.

Can't find it now, but is your car the one that is sitting in the driveway idling and then backs up?
