I have read that next week ford is going to do employee pricing. does any one think that the mustang will be a car you can get this with. if it is any idea how much cheaper a car is with this pricing is. I was going to buy a bullitt on monday but i think i should wait to see the new pricing. what do you guys think?

Usually the Mustang is included with these offers. Typically they'll extend X plan to you, which should take around $2500 off. Maybe more, maybe less, depending on your options and whatnot.

If - and that's a big "if" - Ford offers employee pricing, it might not be on specialty vehicles such as the Bullitt you're considering.

ford does not like to tell people ahead of time about incentives. that way, you buy now and dont wait for a better deal. they want you to assume you are getting the best deal right now.

Im sure that if the reports do turn out to be true, they will not be happy that someone leaked out the information. they are having a hard time as it is selling cars without people waiting for new types of pricing deals.

Heck, Ford doesn't even tell those of us that work at Ford dealerships! I check Ford's dealer only, secure website daily looking for incentive news, and they haven't said a thing about employee pricing coming back. Sure would make life better for us at the dealerships if they did, but I'm not sure it's gonna happen.

That said, I do have a friend who works at Ford who tells me that the Model Year Clearance push that starts on November 19th is going to offer the biggest incentives of the year by far. So, I would advise people to wait until Wednesday to see just how good these deals are. I would think that trucks & SUV's will get the biggest incentives, but the year end clearance could better for the cars, as well?
