I was just wondering what is all invilved in replacing the fuel injectors. I dont think mine are really bad yet, but I drive a 99 and I would rather replace them than have a problem down the road.

Well, for one, injectors are a bit on the pricey side. I just ordered mine for 216 with shipping at http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_SetsFORD.asp . As for what's involved in replacing them. You'll have to relieve fuel pressure, remove the throttle body, upper intake and intake tube, and anything else that gets in the way. Then you have to unhook the fuel lines from the fuel rail and unbold the fuel rail from the lower intake. Fortunately, you don't have to actually remove the fuel rail, just be able to wiggle it around a bit. Then you can pull out the injectors and check 'em out. Lemme know if you want some pictures.

    Don't fix what's not broke.
