Yeah I went to the local 1/8th mile track the first weekend I got the car. My best time wasnt good at all in my opinion.

    60ft 2.3032
    330ft 6.4834
    1/8 9.8607
    1/8mph 73.37

What do you think that would have been in the 1/4?

    Ew...that 60 is killing you.

Low 15's high 14's in the 1/4. Get your 60 down under 2.0 and you should get down close to 14 flat.

A 15 second pass. What was the weather like? Just have to practice on the track to get decent times.

It was really hot I dont know the exact temp but I would say it was in the low 90s/ high 80s. You could tell everyone was running slow. There was a 05 GTO running like 9.6. Yeah I still need some more practice, I hope to get my numbers down this weekend.

Yeah, the weather is holding you back definitely though you can still work on cutting some better 60' times. It's the most important factor (especially in an auto since you aren't going to miss shifts later on down the track obviously) so just try different methods until you find one that works best for you. Even in the heat you need to be cutting atleast 2.15s.

You'll be doing better in no time :nice:
