monday june 5th i pick up my new 06 supercharged saleen coupe, i have a few questions,

there are no valve stem caps ? are they suppose to be in the car somewhere? i orderd the chrome wheel option, without p zero tires,

also i hear of a kit for 1000. to increase hp to 475? where do i get this at

is there a better cold air kit?

thanks, anxiously awaiting to drive it

There should be Saleen valve stem caps. Call Saleen about the HP kit. They have it but it isn't on their site yet. As far as cold air kit, JLT and Tunable induction are what most people are going with.

Mine didn't come with the chrome valve caps.I had to buy them. You may want to hold off on the 475hp upgrade as that will probabley void your drivetrain warranty.Congatulations on the new car:nice: .

okie i was thinking there should be valve stem caps , i will see if the dealer will get me them,

this one will be black, i have to go out of state to get it, as the saleen dealer here in pitt wont deal

should be a fun drive back :)

anyone on here have a SC 05-06 that changed the CAI?
and do i have to reflash after the change?

also the exhaust? are headers avail? worth changing?

Sometimes the dealer doesn't put them on so they won't get stolen. I've seen them left in the glove box of some new cars. be sure to ask where they are.
