is there any word on what the first theme model will be for the 05 or up? or if there will be one?

It's all good. But to answer your question: no. Ford has not said anything except the SVT will be made in 2006 as a 2007 and expect a Shelby version at some point, but no guarantees.

No, Ford has decided to end the SVT line and all special edition mustangs GT will be the top of the line mustang from now on MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... anyway back to reality... nothing has been released as of yet, but ford has shut down their entire SVT line for 05, to work on the new Lightning and Mustang for 06/07 release...

Just FYI (that has been posted here already): Saleen and Roush are set to debut their 2005 Mustangs in September, on the 1st and 17th, if I remember right.
