I was thinking of giving the 03 cobra a 125 shot of nitro for those times when you really need to leave the competition behind can the 03 cobra handle the extra boost i dont want to blow it up
Sure, as long as you have a good tune designed to handle the extra fuel you'll need to use along with the N2O. Lot of guys run a "flip chip" with one setting for their street tune and the other setting for the juice. Keep in mind a supercharged engine with an intercooler like the 03/04 will actually make MORE than 125 HP on a standard 125 shot. The added cooling effect N2O has on the intake temperatures crates even more than the rated jet size. Lot of guys run very small shots (like a 50) and see almost 80 extra RWHP from it. U.M.
Yes, adding nitrous to a s/c Cobra takes some research. Read what UM posted and then do a ton of research on the subject on some good Cobra forums. BTW you do not need nitrous anyways, nitrous is illegal in all 50 states, and nitrous is cheating.
Yeah.... just pulley that **** up and have the power all the time without needing to fill a bottle. Bottles are for babies! U.M.
