I posted this on tech but i figured it was more appropriat over here. I was wondering if anyone had use AFR's 165/185 nitrous/turbo/blower heads with the bigger exahust ports or anyone had any thoughts about them. Im building a 306 for a supercharger and im trying to figure out what heads to buy.

185's would be the better choice, and yes they are good heads. Plenty of people run them, but I still made good power with junker iron heads?

Do alittle research, boost will make power with anything.

I have the 185s and I love them. The only thing, make sure you check piston to valve clearance. I have a stock bottom end and I had to get a tool from isky cams to cut the valve reliefs larger.
