I'll be graduating college May 20 and on the 21 I'll be commissioned a 2LT in the United States Army. I just found out what I will be doing for the next year:

June 6 - July 27: Ft. Lewis, WA (LDAC)
Oct 10 - Nov 18: Ft. Sill, OK (BOLC II)
Nov 26 - Mar 30: Ft. Knox, KY (Armor OBC)
*My first unit sometime after that*

Hopefully between LDAC and BOLC II I can go to airborne and air assault school. The sad news is I may have to drive the mach to all of these places. Then again it is all paid for, but it is a lot of miles on the car. Just thought I'd share the news.

Ah, I was just wondering because I work at Boeing and build wire harnesses for the F-15 Eagle. Just thought it would be cool to talk to someone who's flown one or been in/around one.

Well, congrats Funhog. You will find that we in the NW are very active in Stangnet even though you will not be out here long. :nice:

The most important thing to remember when you start spending time in tanks at Ft Knox, is to keep track of how many times you turn the turret CW, and CCW. If you turn the turret 6 times more CCW than CW, it will unscrew and fall off .
