I agree. I just can't figure out the kind of buyer that would drop the dough on it. It's not like you would want to be seen picking up milk at the market in that thing. I'm not knocking it, the paint job is insane, I just agree it's way over the top.
Just noticed too, it's an automatic. I'd say since you don't see too many saleen autos the auto could add value for a few people that need to let their wife drive it, but with that paint job, it's certainly a bit much for most soccer moms. 52k, no bids and reserve not met. Not looking good for the owner. Still, it's not to say i don't like it, i just wouldnt' want it for myself.
There is an 03 Speedster running around up in the Seattle area, that has the exact paint on it. It just dosen't look right to me on a Saleen!! Maybe on a 56 Chevy or something. Don't get me wrong it's a great paint job, just on a different kind of car! See Ya Bill
Bill89 that's funny because when I was looking at the car I was thinking about the only other car I've seen this paint job on and it was a 56 Chevy. I don't like flames on cars in general but I like this one.
