"ProMagnon-25 is a new Anabolic Signaling Agent designed to promote rapid, steady gains in strength, size and power. Because the main active ingredient in ProMagnon-25 (4-chloro-17a-methyl-andro-4-ene-3, 17b-diol) cannot aromatize to estrogen, users can expect a dry, ripped look to compliment their gains in muscle mass and strength. Many users also notice marked improvements in energy levels from the unique combination of Promagnon’s primary compound and its other active ingredients (l-tyrosine, tonkat ali, ATP disodium, and alpha lipoic acid). One of the best things about ProMagnon-25 is how simple it is to use - just take one or two tablets the same time every day; before training or any other time up until 3 hours before bed. That’s it! For best results, add one set of high-rep squats, bench presses, or dead lifts to your training routine every week while taking ProMagnon-25™, drink plenty of water (at least 1 gallon per day), and eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. so...its steroids? imho, (but do what you want) i have buddies that take steroids and stuff like that and its pointless. yes, they are big...but everyone makes fun of them. what are you gonna do when people give you hell for taking roids?
eh I wouldnt take anything thats not natural, but sounds pretty interesting, id like to know what it is aswell.
its a supplement not a steriod.......its not illegal or anything......i just was tryin to see if any one had any experience with it since i know some of you guys are big gym junkies...I am tryin to put on about 10 pounds and also doing protein shakes.
ahh if your just trying to put on 10 pounds dont take that. All you need to do is get a diet of eating like 5-6 times a day, take 2 protein shakes a day, take a weight gainer, cycle creatine, go to the gym and work out hard but dont over train, get alot of rest and youll put on 10 pounds in less then a week. I was eating 6 times a day, protein shakes, and creatine, going to the gym 3 times a week, i gained 5 pounds in a few days.
thanks mob...its hard for me to gain weight....im a college swimmer...i practice two-three times a day.... and i only have the ability to eat 3 squares a day.
i was taking xyience noxcg3 and muscle milk for two and a half weeks while lifting heavily and gained 7lbs. i was putting up alot more weight, with way more reps. unfortunately, i had to stop lifting for surgery on my elbow, but will be on it agian as soon as im back. have you resarched/considered creatine? i wasnt big on it for a long time until i started taking the noxcg3, which is a low dose creatine (5g per serving vs. 10-15g with straight creatine)and now i see why so many have gone that route. just fyi..you are going to get slotta s#it about this subject from alot of people, and talking to the guys at gnc wil get you somewhere, but they are also trying to sell you their s#it. talk to some dudes at the gym about supplements and they should seeer you the right way. definitely look into muscle milk though...its an awesome product. noxplod is another one that i have seen good results with.
Yea I would definatly start taking weight gainer. Id stay off the creatine unless your going to be working out hard at the gym, but if you combine the creatine and working out hard, youll gain alot of strength for swimming.
my friend who is a body builder recommened this stuff...he said it is legal and safe....i juss wanted others opinions...thanks for all the help guys
i just read the discription...and where it says eat 1g of protine for every lb of body weight seems kinda strange...i would imagine doing that alone would make you gain hella weight. might be just me though
You do realize that all the steroids in the world are only going to do 'so much' with a terrible muscle-building diet plan, right? Besides, any gains you get you'll lose if you don't start eating to support them. The most common cause of not gaining weight? Not eating enough to support muscle growth, plain and simple. I don't mean to sound harsh but by reading your statements it's clear that you really have no idea about these steroid precursors. They are NOT FOR YOU. I'd imagine as a swimmer you want to stay quite lean, right? There's ways to bulk up and gain a bit of extra at along with the muscle, and there's way to minimize fat gain (this way is, of course, longer and tougher). Anyway, set a 6-8 meal per day diet full of clean, healthy calories and monitor protein/carb/fat (PCF) intake daily. Eat the same exact things every day if you have to (I set my diet as per my goals at the time and eat the same damn thing every day until it all needs tweaking) and you'll gain. You don't even need supplements . They have their place but realize they are SUPPLEMENTAL to a proper diet. Without that, you've got nothing. Most gains obtained will be lost due to improper nutrition shortly after. that's why everyone goes around saying 'yea, (such-n-such) works but i lost all my gains once i stopped it.' Reason? Not eating to support it. It's all in the diet, end of story, no questions. Ask any bodybuilder in the world the importance of diet and you'll see what I mean. To figure what amount of calories you'll need, understand BMR. Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories your body uses up just 'being'. Do the math: BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kg) + (5 x height in cm) - (6.8 x age). 20% above that is primo for putting on lean weight (whereas 20% less would be a good starting point to maintain muscle mass and shed fat - again, in both, a proper diet of natural foods is key). ...or say "screw that" and take chemicals which you don't understand and **** yourself up. No one likes to do things the hard (and safe) way. I guarantee you if you dose ProMagnon all the way through without proper post cycle therapy (yes, it does have steroid properties) to get your test levels kicking again, you are going to be quite displeased with the effects it has on your body. Namely estrogen production among possible others. Trust me. That's not to say you can't BE safe using steroids, precursors, or anything of the like, but you have to KNOW what you're doing. Not understanding that this compound IS of steroidal nature, you simply don't come off as knowing what you're doing. Now of course, what I suggested isn't the only way to gain muscle. There's people who put on muscle more easily than others, and other variables that help/hinder. BUT if the there's a quicker/better/safe way as a general rule to build muscle other than with a finely-tuned diet, the entire world's bodybuilding community would like to hear it FWIW I'm not going to monitor this thread as I don't want to get sucked into this vs. that with everybody (everyone always wants to). If YOU personally want my help, PM me and I will help. edit: Also learn to lift FOR muscle gains. It's not 'just' lifting weights and it's not all about X weight for X reps. Lifting is lifting, powerlifting is powerlifting, and bodybuilding is bodybuilding. They are not the same although they are similar. Gaining strength isn't the end-all be-all for gaining muscle, and vice versa. Don't confuse yourself pushing to get XXX weight for XXX reps when you can be spending your time doing other things (drop sets, strip sets, static holds, supersets, ascending/descending sets, etc.) to hammer muscle fibers into oblivion. Now this isn't stuff you do your first months on the job, but it's being said in a way to (hopefully) help you understand more of what there is to building muscle than just taking some stupid **** you see in the store/online. Final words, which those I train love me for: If everything you see in the stores did what it said it will, everyone would have a magazine cover body.
I think manzonozz hit it on the spot, when you said swimmer, I thought arent swimmers small and skinny? I couldnt imagine, all the swimmers lined up and then seeing a huge bulky guy.
I was hoping you would reply...yea I dont really know much about this stuff and I will be the first one to tell you that. I do alot of weight training but as a swimmer I burn an extreme amount of calories; and yes i do want to keep a lean frame. Its not good for a swimmer to have overly bulky arms as it then makes it difficult to do a stroke. My friend told me to try this out and I didnt want to until consulting others. Thanks for all the help guys....u have stopped me from ****ing myself up. I think protein shakes and correct eating is the way I'm gonna go. Thanks all....
10lbs. on a swimmer is gonna hurt performance, and contrarty to what some might believe being just stronger isn't going to make you any better of a swimmer at all. Strength could be applied to help, but it alone is not going to do anything. That's like saying I could line up against you on a pool ledge and I'd beat you because I'm stronger. I'd sure you'd wipe the floor with me! Wanna be a better swimmer (runner, skater, football thrower, etc.), train for it! edit: just saw your response. It's not 100% you're gonna mess yourself up but the possibilities are high. Not worth the risk in the long run when you can add 10lbs. which you will KEEP from 2 months of hard dieting/smart training. If you want food advice, or whatever, you know how to find me
Good decision. Spread the meals out through out the day. Eat a good breakfeast at like 8am. Eat a sandwhich at like 12. Eat some chicken strips or another sandwhich at like 3. Eat again at like 5, then like 7, and eat your dinner at like 9. And you should be set. Its very imporatnt like mansonozz said to do all the calculations and figure out exactly how much of everything you should be taking in. Its worth the effort, especially if your serious about it.
