I was just about to make a thread about how I recieved my jlt cai from brenspeed yesterday and was dieing inside because I hadn't recieved my tune via email yet and low and behold I just checked my email and there it is my tunes. I am so freaking excited I just punched this old man in my office in the mouth I am going to slap it on and report back
First, that old man had it coming. Second, wow is all I can say. It deffinetely pulls harder and rips into second like a beast. (I have a 5 speed). The install would have been smoother but I am impatient and while on lunch I went to auto zone and used their tools to do the install. So it took me longer to do because I had to hunt down all the right tools. After all was said and done its freekin sweet. I cant wait to see if I got any gains on the highway. I took one of the guys from my bank out for a ride just now and he got out shaking. He is one of the guys for the record that was pushing me to race this guy with an srt-4 saying he didn't think I could beat him. He appologized for ever doubting me. I slapped him and told him to run along and spread the word. Bottom line I just fell in love with my car again.
Hahahaha the violence in this thread is awesom Every time I get in my car I forget how much throttle response was gained out of a CAI/Tune...it's awesome isn't it?
