I am just wondering if anyone knows how good the mobil one and K&N oil filters are. I would get the amsoil one but I don't want to have to order it online. If you of any other filters that are good let me know about them as well. thanks for the help

The Mobil 1 filter was supposedly the best filter, or the best designed filter in trapping particles and dirt. I dont remember anything on the K&N filter. Here is a website that can help you choose what filter you are looking for. :)

I think both of them are supposed to be excellent.

I know the Motorcraft filter is actually (surprisingly) quite good. How much better is the Mobil 1 filter though? It's more expensive, right?

I used to use a Purolator Pure One but I got tired of not being able to grip it so I changed over to the K&N. I don't think you can go wrong with it. I also use Mobil 1.
