@ 1 year ago I acquired a tc block from a gent in green bay wisc. I was concerned about its condition because I knew he bought it to beat it as a winter beater. He sold the motor to me because he just wanted the back axle,ect. The motor had approx 130,000 miles on it and I thought I would be parting a used up motor. The head didn't have the usual cracks, and the bores still had the factory crosshatch visible. ---- I thought You guys were kidding me that the bores still had cross hatch on them---Now I believe!
