I just realized I hadn't put the video from my last dyno up (or for that matter even gotten it off the camera :rlaugh:) This was shot back in October. At the end is a little 140mph jaunt (with 350lbs worth of passenger lmao).

    Linky!

thx for the compliments guys - I'm actually gonna trade off or sell the borla exhaust...it's just too mean for my taste, I preferred my magnaflow for daily driving :)

Hehe yeah! :D It's a blast to drive, should be even better once I get the creature comforts back in (rear seat, quieter/more free flowing exhaust. Looks like I'll be keeping it another season at least, all of the serious inquiries about buying have fallen through :nonono:

I'm planning evom trilink, custom midpipe with resonators (magnapacks hah), dumped or modified magnaflow catback, MM K-member/a-arms, MM steering shaft, weld prostars + et drags, Kirkey RR seat, cage, 4point for drivers side, set of tires for autox, too. Planning on hitting alot of autox events and atleast one OT as well as the drag strip weekly...

Might as well live it up :flag:

    Sounds like fun :D.
I for one am curious how your engine will hold up, with all the abuse you will be putting it through this year...drag racing and auto cross...and DDing. :D

Alot of people are like "I have 30,000 miles on my blown GT with not one single problem" but they dont say how often they go WOT or how often they go racing, ect. I like what your doing here....dont baby it, treat it like you would a N/A GT and see how it performs. Race it and enjoy it....thats what its all about. And we all learn in the process.

Anywho, I was thinking, have you thought about just getting a busa....throwing a turbo on it and wasting ALL of your friends cars for <20K? I know your friends have some seriously fast cars....but they arent 16X 1/4mile trapping turbo busa fast :D. Just a thought and then you can keep the stang as a DD. To get a car to keep up with them...it just really cant be a NICE DD without a crap ton of money.
A turbo busa would still get 45+MPG and you could drive it on nice clear weekends like any weekend car.

Yeah, there are LOL... I'm not really interested in trying to compete with alot of the cars around here though. Plus, busa = scary fast - and I wouldn't be able to ride 3-4 months a year anyway due to snow/rain. :p

Jeeze, your talking 1200RWHP plus street cars? Holy cow...it would take a low 8 second car to beat a turbo busa on race gas (as they are...so its only fair).
So you know people with street cars that run like that?

Note to self....dont go to indiania hoping to beat anything until the ranchero is finished :rlaugh: . (a far off project)....but i do have the car. Lets just say its going to get 2 of these (or close) turbos on it CLICKY :D

(yes its going to be a "street" car...but just barely.) I refuse to build anything that I cant drive on the street....track only vehicles are a total waste of time IMO.
