I'm not sure if anyone would have that...Might wanna check out someplace like 5.0 Resto, Texas Mustang Parts or Mustangs Unlimited and see if they carry repops.

BTW- isn't that the same spoiler that came on all the Mustangs around that time? (5.0's & 2.3 turbos) I could be wrong...

It looks like it attaches in the same way as the standard spoiler. However, if you look close, it looks more like a "duckbill" spoiler, like on the eleanor kits.

that spoiler was used on all spoiler-equipped hatchbacks from 1979-early 1984. its a 3 piece setup, the 2 side pieces and the main lip across the back...it attaches nothing like any other spoiler so you will have to drill holes

search around, they are out there...ive seen a bunch on ebay...they arent that desirable so not many people advertise them, but they are out there

I found 2 of them, one for the 79, and one for the 82. Mounting them took some effort, as locating the holes was a pain. I like them. They should be fairly easy to find in salvage, etc.

However, I am still looking for the front spoiler set up....

Yeah the 79 Pace car 80/81 Cobra and 82 GT were the best looking. That's why I have 3 extra Noses and Air dams, and no they are not for sale :p

    Damn you to hell!

When I was planning to keep my coupe I was gonna swap to a 82 GT clip I was gonna split the headlight wires so I ran 4 lights for low and high beam :D

Cut the trim out of the nose and plastic weld in the 87-93 style trim, move the turn signals just underr the tim pice kinda next to the foglights just a lil up and to the outside.

and I was gonna top it off by modifyiing 93 cobra sideskirts to flow with the front bumper and then use a 93 cobra rear and call it a day.

no spoiler with a 84 Turbo GT scoop on a stock hood.

In my head it looks pirty cool and as origional as I can think of.

But I said to hell with it, the coupe is causing me the biggest headach ever so when I get it fixed up looken nice iam gonna sell it and hopes of getting a 96-98 v6 SN in white with set of 02-03 cobra rims painted white

SVO1, exactly how many pieces are in one of those 79-82 spoilers and how do they attach?

And, yes, I am looking for one.

There are technically 4. The upper nose, lower air dam, and the Fender extensions. Extensions have two studs in each fender with nuts, lower air dam has I think 8 bolts that hold it to the upper nose, and then it has 2 in the front of each fender.
I may actually be going to pick up another one in a few days, a guy just called me. If I get it I will snap some pics. My other's are up overhead and with the 87 having no suspension it is impossible to get in my garage attic :(

    I understand!
Only killer I think would be the shipping.
If you know of a good way to ship a nose shoot me a pm and we can talk!

Got it, an 82 GT nose, lock stock and barrel, plus a hood scoop and rear hatch spoiler. Now I gotta do all the prep for paint, not my favorite work.
