paint?

    i have an 87 gt. it used to be 2 tone, maroon and silver. im changing it to all w/r blue from a subaru wrx. before it had black trim around the windows that all needed to be repainted but im not sure of what to do. i want semi flat black like original but i dont know how to acheive that. because if all paint needs clear it will be just as shiney as the rest of the car right? and suggestions? any kind of paint you would recomed? IM NO BODY MAN BY THE WAY!! LOL. ooh yea let me know what you think of the color? i know its a subi color but i love it!!!

    Paint the trim after you paint and clear. Tape off around the trim, and paint it with trim black you can get at any paint place. If they need attention Id say get some sand paper, take the time and get them smooth, use some flexible high build primer, and then the trim black. Will look 100x better a matte or satin black then it ever would body color or glossy!

    personally i'd re-do it stock or at least blue with the stock silver 2-tone. that color wont look as good on a fox mustang as it does on a WRX, IMO
