found out my PE puter on my svo is bad (not telling the injectors to fire) so my question, what web site out there has the instructions to convert to the la3 puter, i also think i have to install a ACT sensor on the lower intake also and wire that too, Thanks again.

Okay I spent 20 minutes doing some work for you. The following pic, from
GT350R's site helped me. Check over it and see if it helps. Most of your
    wires are the same.

PE Ignition Ground Pin 18.....Move to Pin 16.
PE VAT Pin 25.....Move to Pin 43.
PE Boost Pin 33.....Move to Pin 31.
PE EGR Shut Off Pin 35.....Move to Pin 33.
PE VAF Pin 43.....Move to Pin 27.
PE Vehicle Power Pin 57.....Tap into Pin 37.

Think that's it. If anyone sees anything wrong let "us" know.

LA3 conversion done, My SVO appears to run fine and also idles better, I'm borrowing my buddies G-TEC to see what happens in the quarter. I'm curious to see what kind of difference the LA3 makes, I know it's suppose to have better diveability, but from what I understand the PE has a better timing and fuel curve, I need a eec tuner :D

I don't know how accurate these g-tecs are but according to it, i ran a 14.30 @ 99mph, I ran 4 times and all runs where within a couple of tenths, that was with base timing 10 degree's btdc, at the end of last season my best time was a 15.20, but I also rebuilt the motor over the winter and added a ported big valve head and gutted upper and ported lower, big log header, 3inch down pipe to 2 1/2 duals, and still running the stock T3 and a TC intercooler so i'm pretty happy with the results considering i don't have no seat time with this combo, with some tuning i think i will be in the deep  13's
