    Gang,

Attached is a pic of the 05 that I received as a Christmas present from the wife :nice:

Although I sold my 68 fastback to get it, I still see lots of the 68 in the 2005 car.

I really like the car and am very happy with it.

    My 2005

The 68 was a cool car. I had it to the point where it was pretty dependable in that I was not afraid to buckle a kid in the car and drive to a show that was 50 or 75 miles away.

However, it was very hot in the summer (no a/c) and cold in the fall (heat worked ok but not quite as good as never cars).

I just wanted something newer that would provide a good, safe & comfortable ride on extended trips (like Carlisle which is 200 miles away).

My wife is after me to do the same thing

She liked my car better when we used to go everywhere in it, but now it sits in the garage way too much. I haven't test driven a new one yet (the dealers can't keep them in stock), I'm sure the '05 handles way better, but how's the overall feel? The 65-73's just had a way to make you smile, :D
