So I was roaming around Mustangworld.com, and I found this GT with the 03 cobra rear bumper....without the cobra lettering!!! This is EXACTLY what I am looking for!!!! I cannot seem to find the '03 cobra rear bumper anywhere I look. The problem is that the website doesn't have posting like this site does on people profiles, so I can't ask the person where they got the bumper!! Any ideas on how and where to get this???? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I know that some body shops will fill in the lettering (with fiberglass ) so its smooth with the rest of the bumper. A little extra work, but it looks sweet.
You wouldn't want to use Fiberglass to fill in the letters, as it wouldn't be flexible enough. You be better off using urethane bumper repair materials, flex additive in the paint, and good prep work!!
you can buy the 03 wing with the lights. as for the bumper unsure where it can be found that one may be one with filled in letters.
