Posting Pics

    Can anyone tell me how to post pics in the actual message instead of using attachments? Thanks for any info :nice:

    first have the picture hosted somewhere. then copy the URL to the picture.
    then click the yellow mountain looking button you see up top when posting, and put the URL in between the tags. it'll look like this...

    Sorry, I'm not very computer saavy. Can someone explain how to host a picture somewhere? Please be specific, I've gotten as far as saving the picture as a jpeg but that is it. Thanks

    Your picture has to be hosted online somewhere so that it has a URL (like http://hostingsite.com/yourpicture.jpg

    That hosting site also has to allow outside linking. Most places like Yahoo don't allow that so the only someone can see the pic is if they're viewing it from the hosting site.

    But if you do manage to find a host that allows outside linking, but copy the url and put it in the img tags like this (only minus the space in the first tag):

    [img ]http://hostingsite.com/yourpicture.jpg[/img]
