There are two ways.

1. Open an account with a photo hosting service like Photobucket for example. Upload the photo you want to your online album. It will usually resize the photo or you can easily make it smaller in the edit functions.

When posting on this site and wishing to insert an image:

-open your photo site in another window
-right click on the IMG code of the photo you wish to insert and click copy
-minimize that window
-go to the stangnet reply box and paste the code in your reply

If using Photobucket you won't need to use the "insert image" button in the advanced reply section because the code will already have all the appropriate syntax applied.

2. Upload your image as an attachment.

-when viewing your post after submitting, click on the thumbnail and your picture will open in another window
-copy the code out of the address line
-edit your post and use the "insert image" button and paste the code when prompted to the place in your post you want it to be

You are limited in the size of your attatchment and may have to resize before uploading.

You need a certain amount of posts before you can insert images or attatchments, I believe. But I think it was 30 and you already have that many.

99 crysler sebring convertible

i wanted to have shoulder belts and kept looking in convertibles until i found those :D and started calling junk yards until i found a set
:nice:

long story.

The belts wouldn't comeout when I got the seats. So, figgering that they got busted in the crash, I special order seat belts (non-returnable of course) from the dealership. The new ones don't come out either...................hmmmm........what's up with that???

And just try and get anyone from the dearlship or factory to talk to you about how seat belts work :bang: :bang: :bang:

I finally make enough calls and get someone who will talk to me. The release mechinism is controlled by a solinoid that activates when it sees 12 volts and locks when the voltage is removed. Of course this is all controlled by the sebring computer. Which gets it's smarts from an accerometer located somewhere in the car.

So, for the present I have a switch by the seat that I have to trip whenever I want to be locked in.....and i mean locked in..... which means i can't reach any of the controls on the dash

I have bought an accelerometer and am having an electrical friend intgrate it with a microchip and hack some code and hopefully we will be road testing it soon. Hope he knows what he is doing

back to your questions.

I had to totally take them off their rails.

I wanted to have electric comtrols for both of them, (well actually the better half wanted her side to be electrci too :hail2: So, I bought these universal rails that are used for vans.

Had to cut out the floor, and have new plates fabed and welded in.

They do sit a little higher than stock even in the lowest condition. I installed a tilt steering wheel  , and they are pretty wide, so i don't know if they would fit in anything cept a wide body

But i love them :D

allright mudbilly, now explain the back seat.

did you just have it reupholstered to match?

to bad the seat belts were not the self retracting type.

So you got them out of a sebring?

yep, took a pic of the front seats to a local guy and he matched the rear seat. the seats are "charcoal" and don't quite match the rest of the black interior...

hmmmm, i don't quite understand....... ........both back and front are self retracting

So you got them out of a sebring?

yepper
