can I swap a 93 power pump into my 84 svo? i also plan on converting the car to serpetine system, but also plan on selling it. I have three stangs to work and no time. here's the issue. when I take for instance a turn or curve like the ones to get onto a freeway, the steering wheel wants to turn the opposite way. it seems tight and I have to fight it to keep me going in the correct direction. I don't notice any leaking from the rack or pump, and no noises. i'm going to check the fluid level. I replaced the sway bar endlinks and sway bar bushings, but haven't gone onto the freeway. it seems to drive a bit better. the car is all over the road. also notice the small rear sway bar. i was going to put a 5.0 one, but noticed only one mounting hole on the lower control arm.
351, I'm not sure how much yet. I need to clean up the interior, and fix the hood and cowl area(hood flew up on previous owner) the only thing i've done so far is put 97 cobra's and rolled the rear fenders b/c i put in eibach springs. i think it lowered it just right. I'm in socal. buyer would arrange transport. i'm not sure when i'm going to sell it. i need to sell my 89 gt first(still need to put it together).
not really, I was going to finish a project my friend started. before i bought the gt, i was selling my lx and wanted a replacement. i sold the lx and found the svo after the gt. so i'm gonna finish the gt and hold on to the svo for a while, but may end up selling it because its not practical for me once i get my real estate license.
not sure which eibachs since i bought them used. they're black. they didn't lower the svo that low, which is good.
