Just wondering guys with my setup and a set of MT ET DRAGS ( have run 1.6s on them before) do you think that my car will hang a wheel or 2 lol. I have people riding in my car and they say they think it will...but I am not so sure. With my car being so low I dont think the the front end will lift high enough. Anyway what do you think it will run in the 1/4 mile....assuming nothing breaks (crosses fingers):D

i think you should pull wheel with et streets or slicks. depends on how you launch it obvioulsy but i dont see it being hard with that kind of power. as for the 1/4 mile time i can only compare it to my friends car. he has 327 stroker with AFR185s an more of a nitrous cam so its not best for na but he ran 12.0@116 with a 1.8 60ft i believe. thats no spray and probably around 100hp less then your setup. id say low 11s an prolly around 122 trap speed. maybe 10s if you build your suspension right.

well I was thinking of lauching around 4500 rpms and dropping it. I know those tires wont spin. I have seen them go high 6s with a 1.5 60ft. I am not worried about spinning I am worried about something breaking. I know when I first take this to the track and I am going to wuss out and not lauch it hard LOL

I'd say 11- teen-20's with a good hook. I'm guessing it is a 3200lbs car with driver for that to happen tho.

You going to run it on the 1/4 or the 1/8?

In the 1/8 low 7's with all that stock suspension.

Traction is not an issue at all. I ran a 8.03 in the 1/8 and 12.6 in the 1/4 before the SC with a 1.6 60ft. And I can drive like nobodys business. I would say drive it like you stole it but someone would take it wrong and the cops find a reason to take my car lol
