Ok so I still do not know which direction I am gonna go with this car. Its a 4cyl and its going to be 8, probably a 351 either carbed or fi. Anyway as I take the motor out what should I save? So far I have the battery tray, rad mounts. What else. Wires hoses? I am gonna put in a tubular k memeber, should I save the original bolts? How about the wires going to the starter. Thanks for the help!

Exactly. I saved every nut, bolt and all 4cyl parts till the swap was done. I had a donor car, so I didn't end up needing any of it, but if you are peicing a car together, I'd save everything. Never know when you'll need to extend a wire, or make a bracket...etc.

I would put a fuel injected 5.0L in it. Stay as stock and/or factory as you possibly can. Most don't build to sell, but everything has a price if the price is right. You'll pull more out of a near stock 5.0L, then something fudged together.
