Hows it goin guys? I just had my friend put in a new clutch (bad idea) But he seemed to get everything in correctly and working. However once we connected everything, the car wont start. We put the keys in and try to turn it on, the power locks work and the volt meter goes up to halfway, but when we try to crank it over, nothing happenes. I think it might be the starter, or this clutch position switch that signals the engine to let it crank over, however I dont see how either of these could be affected when replaceing a clutch. Any way to check either one? I heard hitting the starter with a hammer or whatever... Im going to take it out and put it back in today, but how do I check this clutch position switch? Any other suggestions or commends would be great. Thanks in advance!

You sure you connected the starter wires?

Pull the clutch switch down and push the plunger into the sensor and hold it in while trying to start it.
