I'd say mid-13s, low 13s with some good driving and track exp.

I ran a 13.7 my first time at the track 2 weeks ago with just the mods in my sig, and that was with HORRIBLE wheelhop. I just installed the Steeda differential bushings and hopefully will be in the low to mid 13's this week, assuming the bushings alleviate at least some the wheelhop.

I had the same problem with my wheel hop so that is why I ordered all the stuff in my sig, but actually when I put my Pro KIt on, just lowering the car actually decreased my wheel hop pretty good, and the car loofs great now. I would suggest getting your car lowered. Now I just need to install the rest of my "anti" wheel hop stuff. HAHA.

Looks like he already has the Ebich ProKit. I think the brace and bushings will fix him up though!
