I am buying a used Vortech V2-SQ for my 2001 GT. The kit is coming with everything needed for me to bolt it on to my car including a new chip.My question is will I need to dyno tune my car after I install the blower? My buddy owns a racing shop and has a dyno, but he specializes on European and Import cars and says that he doesn't have the necessary equipment to dyno tune a mustang. Thanks for the help.

Have to.....probably not, but you're combo won't be seeing it's full potential without one. You could be shy as much as 30hp by not doing so.
