Yes, with an extra muffler hanger and Y adapter. SOme kits come with everything included, but you'd have to check first.
If you are going to use a GT takeoff the catback will fit, with the extra muffler hanger MarvinMyCat mentioned for the right side and two exhaust tip hangers that mount under the rear bumper cover. A true dual midpipe must be fabricated from behind your stock cats or you must buy a new midpipe. The stock GT midpipe (H-pipe) will not fit.
