You guys that have had this done - is this price high/low/just right? 579.00 for Cat-back Magnaflow exhaust 75.00 for installation. That's a local shop for me here. I thought in some previous posts I had seen better prices on this exhaust system.
im pretty sure the catback can be had cheaper tho i dont know a specific place and the install if you can do it yourself do it if not the price wont get much better!! good luck!
I never thought about it, but I guess you could buy it off the web, carry it down to the shop and have someone install it. Wonder if they would have a problem, since they are out the bucks for the exhaust. Hmmmm.... Only question is where in the heck I would put it in my new Mustang. Ah - strap it to the hood like a dead deer. YES!...
well i know you can buy the catback system cheaper off many websites, but as for instalation i think thats about right, might be able to find like 60 or somethin but im not sure.
I paid $40 to have my axle-back put on. Too bad you're not in Houston, we could meet at the shop and I'd have this set taken off and put on your ride. I think I need to switch to Flowmasters.
The cheapest place to by a set of magnaflow catbacks is on this site. Go to the parts shopper section.... if you register ...you can see a coupon deal with a special code for site members. normally 536.00 + shipping 130.00 savings with coupon 406.00 delivered catback system. THEY ARE NOT LOUDER THAN THE STOCK EXHAUST. From what I heard on video. But mine will be here tomorrow. Madhouse has a before and after video of when he swapped. Sorry..Didn't see the thread you posted it on....but I just found it. He should here it though...so thanks. The more I listen to the video....I think the sound of the magnaflows is growing on me......deeper more throaty.....and can only improve with time. of course my money is already spent.
