I'm sure you've seen Rankin Road illegal racing videos. This was done a long time ago, but they put speed bumps out there now cause everynow and then there would be somebody racing out there even though the cops got it pretty well covered. It's funny they have speed bumps every 50 feet or so and they're not those slight bump ones, they're those, "Feel Like You've Chipped Your Tooth" ones when you drive over them.
