Airbag computer behind the radio. It beeps if there is a problem with the dash light to let you know there is a problem with the airbag system. Does the airbag light come on when you start the car? It could just be burned out, or you could have a wiring problem like with the clockspring in the steering wheel.

I get that beep at start-up every once in a while, my airbag light does not flash though, it comes on when the key is turned though, so it does work.

The clockspring is a spool of wire that powers the airbag and the functions on the steering wheel and is located in the column below the airbag. It is usually what fails due to years of turning the steering wheel, but you should check out the codes. Here is some info:

Yep the Beeping is coming from the Airbag Diagnostic Monitor, it is the blue Box in behind the Climate Controls.

Dang,i got the same problem, only i dont have an airbag and also i cant see the airbag light cause i got gauges a few years back and i covered the airbag light. I havent heard the beeps in 2 weeks though. But it was annopying as hell when i did, like a speaker with a bad connection sputtering beeps. How do i get rid of it if it comes back?
