Got the 91 mustang and the rear diff is leaking its not the gasket its the other side where the drive shaft connects to. now how hard is it to replace that seal?

Also if I just go ahead and buy a 8.8 rear end, cause Im going to build a 2.3l turbo. for the time being will the reg 2.3l driveshaft bolt up to the 8.8?.....is it hard and what do i need to replace rear ends?

just so i dont keep posting threads...how hard is it to replace gears?

and last but not least I got a guy selling a 8.8 with 273 drum to drum with controll arms for 140 is that a good price?

    thank you:D

I believe an 8.8 will bolt right up, yes. Pretty sure the U-joints were all the same.
