Registry Check 95 S351 Hey guy's found another S351, Not much info on it, have to call the guy when I'm off work, doesn't list miles, or the car number. But he did put up a vin if you can check that in the registry. Its a 1995 Saleen S351, says 495 hp I hope it is a R-code, I didn't run a carfax, but when you start the process it shows it as a Mustang GT 5.0L, it's White/black the vin is 1FALP42T9SF278540. Any help be great.
Talk to the owner, Has 36k miles. He said the overall condition is ok, one crease/dent on passenger side. Said the car number is #104. He is the third owner. I'm going to give Mark at PAS a call on Tuesday see if knows anything about this car, since I can't call any other day. I notice on the car, the numbers aren't on the front end, the rear decal is on the right side of the trunk. I didn't ask about repaint or anything. I had him send photos, he didn't take any of the engine, or badges. I'm still deciding if its worth going out there, or having a friend look at who is near by. Man, that's nice. I've been thinking about dumping my steeda ultra-lites for some Saleen wheels, but I was drawn between chrome or white. After seeing that picture, I'm sold on white.
Yea I looked and saw that, he emailed me back, the car was rear ended in 01 with the 2nd owner, thats why rear decal is on right. Shouldn't the front be lined up with the corner light starts? Either way I'm passing on this one.
