I sold a friend the center console from my '87 GT thinking I needed a different one for the 90-93 climate controls. I have since realized that I was wrong and have gotten my console back, however, he painted it black (was charcoal). The paint scrapes off easily, but I was wondering if there is a chemical that I an use to get the paint off w/o damaging the underlying plastic. Just to do it in one motion. Thx.
