I've looked throught the entire "Scheduled Maintenance Guide" for my 2000 v6. Nowhere in the first 150,000 miles does it recommend greasing the front wheel bearings. Why? Are these things sealed or something? Thanks.

Normally in the old days, they would be re-packed when the front drums/rotors were taken off during a brake job.

Yes- they are sealed. If one goes bad, you replace it- other than that, they are maintenance free.

The front wheel bearings are also part of the hub assembly.Which means if your bearing goes, you have to replace the entire hub.Unless they are worn out or damaged in some way, just leave them be.
