And the combo is BBK 75mm Throttle Body; 30# MAF; Generic Cold Air Intake; 30# injectors; Billet Fuel Pressure Regulator; Trick Flow Track Heat Intakes; Trick Flow Valve Covers; forged cam, crank, etc. (not B303, but same numbers I believe); can't remember the name, but brand name lifters/rockers; stock block bored/stroked; Edelbrock Victor Jr. Heads; Stage 1 Clutch/Flywheel; heavy duty FRPP transmission rebuild; 3.73 gears.

interesting results. I would have expected a little more out of it especially in the torque numbers. The A/F looks good have you had the computer tuned yet? How many miles are on it?

Mine is all together and running. I have about 200miles on it so far. Feels so torquey i love it. I will probably try to hit up a dyno once i cross the 1000 mile mark. If i hit over 340rwhp i will be happy with that my combo is pretty mild.

I'm running 93, and the results you guys saw there were a mix of two bad O2 sensors and a bad idle control motor. They have changed all that and I'll see what the dyno says after that.

    WhiteDevil,

What have you got after your rebuild? I take it you haven't been to the Dyno yet. I will be in town next week. Take me for a ride and I'll tell you if the pucker factor is the same, LOL.

smitty_64 - how long did you wait before you chipped the car? I'm trying to figure out if I need to try and get my car to run through the break in period THEN dyno it, or go straight to the dyno and chip it.

    gcom,

Ed put the chip in right after the build and those dyno results are only with few miles on the motor. I'll probably have the tune and dyno done again once I have some break in time. I'm curious to see if the O2 sensors were holding it back, because like WhiteDevil said, I was hoping for more out of the build we put on it. Of course, 310 is a lot better than the stock 185 that I did have, lol.

Got ya.... definately curious as to how the second dyno goes. If you start a new thread, throw a link in this one if you will. I'm subscribed and I don't get to check here as often as I wish I could. :nice:

Am I wrong to think that the 347 should make MORE power than that. My buddy with a 331 and made the same power and I wasn't pleased. Not saying it's bad, but I always thought that if you're going to spend cash on rebuilding your motor, your hp/tq #s should be more than your cubes. But that's just me. You can still take my car though.

I agree, 350 rwhp would be alittle better but there should be even more then that....
