Hey all still having problems with my car as usual nothing like spending 1400.00 and letting it sit in the driveway. I wanted to know what exactly i got to do to just add new wiring have the wire i fixed is have corroded or wires i havent seen might be broke plus the sheilding on some is cracked and beyond repair. Was thinking of getting a wire harness from an 88 and sending it through the fire wall and just repin everything!!! Wanted to know is it possible? Is the wires from the computer pretty much grouped together and can i seperate and pull just them wires through? I figured by doing this i may eliminate the wiring problem of what someone did before me and maybe prevent a fire..
If it was me, and i was going to do something that would big. I toss the stock ECU and go standalone. Using a non-TF harness is possible, but probably more trouble than its worth. In fact, unless you're going to use brand new stuff, i don't think it would be worth it.
