So i dont know if this is relevent to the problem or not but im not sure of because i peut a crank case breather and pluged the vacume line may have caused my egr valve to get stuck. my stang every once in a while has a rough idle at start up and sometimes sounds like i have a bad lifter,(but i dont, i made sure) and my throttle response is pretty delayed. I pulled the vaccume line off the egr valve at idle and no change in my idle what so ever. So is my egr valve stuck open because of the crank case breather, or just a ****y egr valve?
@ RageStang...Is it an intermittent problem? Not sure how to help you out but maybe you can undo the set-up and see what happens. I don't really see the point of having the breather if your EGR valve is still connected and working properly. Or you can get an EGR delete and see what happens.
