It's almost a 3" pulley. A 2.9 inch pulley on your car should give you around 11 lbs of boost. A 2.8 will require you to file the snout. You should be happy with 11-12 lbs. With a good pump and a tune you could make close to 380 rwhp. That's where the series VI starts to stumble without help.

    Sorry,

I mis typed. You have a series IV. Disco is correct. Joes intercooler works really well. Call Joe and tell him you want the pulley for your 03 and his intercooler. Then tell him Mark told him to start bowling drunk. His scores will be much better that way.:D Maybe he has some injectors for you too!

i think i would rather have the reichard pulley b/c the grooves in the pulley seem like they would work better to prevent belt slip, also i prefer the aluminum look over black, i am going to call monday and order the 3 inch and hopefully i'll be happy with that....

    pulley

yes you can get a lower pulley depending on size how big you go you may have to grind a little on the cover not sure if its a timing mark or what but some companies are making them. Before i get that i would get chicanes intercooler. i logged my ic temps today on the dyno had to do a quick tune up on my car. its 58degrees out here in pa and at 5900rpm i saw 130degrees now driving the car with air hitting the exchanger may lower it a couple but imagine in the summer these cars hit 160 and over degrees in boost.

what would you say a good price is to have a saleen tuned using the xcal2 with mods being jlt cai, accufab 75mm t/b, bassani o/r x, reichard 3.0 pulley, focus pump and 3.73's? i was told the entire saleen program has to be rewritten? i dont really know much about the tuning part of these cars...

Yea saleen tunes are bad well not so much the tune because the stock maf pegs on these cars even with stock boost so at lean out at the end not good. Get a lightning 90mm mass air and good spark plugs too. I would get your car running awsome for $450. Money back guarantee too. oneqkgt@aol.com And i dont mean running good on the dyno i mean street and track two different things there.
