I tried to start my s*** 10 to day and i got nothing like the batt was dead, but there is a buzzing coming from under the dash from what looks like a diagnostic port. The int lights still work and the buzzing still continues with the key out, the only way to stop it is to disconnect the batt. Any ideas?

    Sounds like:
    a) a wiring short
    b) fouled or burnt fuse
    c) faulty fuse panel

What charge does the battery have? Some of them have a warning alarm/dummy alert when the battery has enough to power ACC, but not enough to kick the starter over.

Sweet, my final supposition was spot-on. :)
