wondering what size tire saleen used on these wheels, ive got a set of 275/35's on there now witha tublar k member and there too large so the tire is hitting the bottom of the wheel well, the tube k widens the front end 1 3/4, so ive been looking do you guys use 265 or 255 tires, ive seen a few with the 255 just wondering what everyone perfers

On the 99-04 cars... (someone can corrrect me if I'm wrong)

If the car had 18x9's all around, it got 255/35/18 F and 265/35/18 rear. Front rims had a +24 offset, and the rears had +12 offset.

If the car had the optional 10" wide rears, it got 265/35/18 on the 18x9's in front and 295/35/18 on the rear.

i have the 10' rears, but i added them afer i bought the car, ive seen that the newer vettes come with a 245 tire in the front so would it be beter to use a smaller 255 tire, or go with the 265, im having a problem with the tires rubbing the bottom of the fenders because of a qa1 tublar k member, any benfits to running a smaller front tire

I think the 275 would fit on a 9" rim and look awsome...

i have pireli p zero nero's on there now 275 35 18, and they worked great untill i added the tublar k-member now they hit the edge of the fender when i hit a large bump, so i need to go with a smaller tire, just cant decide on the size
