First thought-- Run away from Saleen as fast as you can. Quality is horrible

Ok so I decided to spend the dime on a nice set of Saleen HID's for my ride. Needless to say, the first set they shipped were cracked on the back housings of both sides. I checked with the dealership that I bought them from and they said they could swap them out for a new set from Saleen. This set also was messed up but it was only one light. To make matters worse, everything looked like it had been installed on a vehicle and run for a couple thousand miles....nothing in the original packaging. So I started looking at the outside of the box and guess what I find..... A call tag where another dealership had sent the lights back to Saleen just 2 weeks ago. What kind of crap is that? Hopefully I'll be able ship these back and get my money back. I guess I'm out of luck unless I can get a different setup....possibly americanmuscle.com but I don't know about them.

Last thought-- Run away from Saleen as fast as you can..... :bang:

I can see your frustration, but I would say that is more of a problem of the specific dealer, not Saleen as a whole. I have heard many people who order them from Saleen online and they love that set, and have never had problems.

I hope you get that all settled up, thats an expensive kit to get screwed on.

Well, its a little hard to swallow when you get 2 faulty sets of lights back to back. I'm just done with them and I won't recommend them to anyone. I don't blame my dealer, they've been more than helpful through the whole thing... If it was something minor, I wouldn't fret but the main supports on the back side of the light are broken and if I put that in my car it'll just shake like no tomorrow and that wouldn't look very good..... I know we've all seen old cars like that with busted headlight mounts that the light shakes all over.
