Guy from my town has a bright orange 03, super clean-lookin'. My car's in the shop w/ trannny issues, so I'm ridin' a bike around for a few days ( ), and I'm riding up the main road and I see his car and police lights, so I fure "speeding ticket", then I realize there's a Turaus wagon behind him, and then I realized he got T-boned!! She appaently came out and crushed his drivers' door and front quarter. I watched him crawl out if the pasenger door cuz' the drivers' was pinned in... He was actually very calm and composed about it, but it broke my heart...been there, done that. 3 times. And fwiw, older woman driver
Must have been an '04 cause they didn't make any orange '03's. Did it look totaled? Poor Snake... U.M.
prob. 04 then. Even worse. I couldn't guesstimate totaled or not. Where the car was hit on the door and quarter, I'm gonna predict frame dmamge. I don't know if they would total it or not, though. I'd like to find out, but I've never met the guy before, and I think it would be ruse (and weird) to call and say "hey, I saw your car get ***t up the other day - are you selling any parts off?", cuz I do know where he works, and I would like his seats , but for his sake, I hope he gets to keep his Cobra, or get a new one. When my last Stang got wrecked, I sold it off for parts...his, however, is in a little different category...
that happened to my friends 03 gt, totaled it. he barely even got a chance to get anything off of it.
I saw a Cobra wrecked three weekends ago. The bad thing was................... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .......I was in the driver's seat. I ran over one of those straps they use on a flatbed tractor trailer that still had the rachet attached the day before and it punched a hole in my x-pipe. I took it to a muffler shop the next day to get it welded. On the way home I decided to run into Best Buy. Just as I pulled into the parking lot I was easing along looking for a spot well out in a clear area without other cars when I saw a flash out the corner of my eye. When I looked to my left all I saw was grill. A guy in a Ranger was cutting through the parking spacing shooting through the gaps. His insurance fixed it and I picked it up a few days ago. It's nice to have it back. Makes you wonder if I hadn't went to Best Buy would it still have happened somewhere else.
