Shaker scoop on an 05?

Now, in the picture of Coletti to the right, he is standing in front of what looks like a sonic blue 05 GT, but with a shaker hood scoop.

saw this at the mustang source. doesnt look like a shaker cuz its bolted down. could be a cobra or just a GT mule that they have a scoop on to test out.

Is it even a scoop? It looks like it could just be a "power dome" to allow for some extra room under the hood.

I don't know about that picture but Classic Design Concepts had an '05 Mustang with a Shaker Hook at the SEMA show.

It would be cool if Ford released another shake'n 'stang like another Mach 1 or Boss. If not it looks like CDC will at least have us covered!

It's just the bulge they've bolted on to all the test cobras. Look at all the pictures over on the Shelby forum and you'll see it on the pics of the test mules, only this one is silver instead of black.
