I just bought a 70mm throttle body just to have for when i build the top end. If i install it now will it do anything on a stock motor? I already have a 75mm MAF so should i go ahead and put it on?

It wont do a thing with the stock motor, and the stock intake tb opening is only 63mm. When you get an aftermarket intake you'll need a 70mm egr spacer too, a couple of them have built in egr's though.

I would wait and install everything at once. If you do it now, you still need to port your stock intake.
