How do these come off, the foxes had screws in them but my 94 dont. I am assuming they use some kinda clips, Can I just use my panel removal tool and pry them up?:)

Just pull HARD and FAST, it will pop right off. It uses special clips.

Spray with Krud Kutter, scrub with nylon brush, then wipe clean, then wipe with denatured alcohol. That is the best way to do it.
