I was thinking of going for the smoked look since my car is medium cabernet in color - so smoked headlights, fog lights and taillights but i was wondering if the quality on those products is any good and does it affect light visibility? and would they look similar to this? http://www.mustangworks.com/cgi-bin/moi-media.cgi?844 2
Yes they affect your lighting, not for good either. I have heard stories on here the cops had followed Stangers because they had smoked lights, so they can draw unwanted attention. And I'm coming up with nothing on the link.
JB i see in your sig you have the cervinis ram air hood, i was thinking of getting that, what do you have to say about it? - also where did you get your 6 piece diamond lights and are they good quality? do you got pics of your car?
I didn't know if I wanted to get a 1.5" hood, or the Stormin' Norman hood. I got contacted by MustangPunk302 and he had a 1.5" Ram Air hood for sale, so a few months later I bought it from him. As for the functional kit, I think it is WAY overpriced. You get a K&N cone filter, a new housing for it, and the attachment that connects the hood scoopes to the new housing. For $210, it is overpriced, but I bought it anyways. I bought the headlights from two different people off of E-Bay. I bought the headlamp and the sides from one guy, and the inners from another. I thought it would save me money, but the one guy sent me a 94-98 Projector headlamps and 87-93 side lamps. It took a month and extra money to send out the incorrect headlamps back, but it looks a lot better than the ones I had on there.
nice ride, is the cervinis ram air hood and kit worth it though, i think it looks bad ass, is the performance worth it though? also, have you thought of getting the chrome bulbs that light up amber for your lights to make it look cleaner?
I don't know if it is really worth it or not, cuz I don't race my car. I haven't noticed any difference, except that it has better throttle responce. But that could be from the K&N filter, since I didn't have one before. It must work though, because there was a dead moth in the screen that connects to the airbox. I have thought about the lights, but I haven't seen any around here. I want some though.

Every website that i have seen the smoked tail lights on say that they are not street legal. I wanna get some black beauty fog lights though, they are pretty sweet
holy hell nice lights and car. i need some money. all send your share to me. 50 bucks from each stangnet member would give me enough to get a crap load of junk. i'm thinking a blower to put up top and some suspension work and nos with some clear lights of course.
That's a huge ****! I'll probily check on the prices and such around here. I'll probily go with the Silverstar ones with the title of "Whitest, brightest...). That's a lot for the list!
