So I think I'll be getting some 03 cobra wheels (17x9's with 275's and 17x10.5's with 315's) for my laser red 96.

But first I want to see some pics of SN95's with 03 wheels to really reassure myself that this is what I want to do. $1k is a lot of money for an 18 year old.

If you have any pics, whether they're yours or not, post them up!

    Thanks

Yes, 1K is a lot of money sight unseen. Those were some good pics above. Here is mine with rims/tires mounted from a stock '03 Cobra in Chrome finish. So size here is 17x9" all the way around with 1.25" wheel adapters in the rear to bring them out flush. 10.5" should be perfect for 17" to get them out there, and if your OK with not being able to rotate them. Tough choice. I'm also partial to the Saleen's in 18" and some DDs Bullitt style.

Great pics guys.. Still would like to see a laser red with brushed 03's..

And about the rotating - I don't do burnouts or donuts, and I won't be going to the track with these wheels/tires, so I won't need to replace the rears as often as some..

    I'll live with it.

04DarkShadowGT - No more pics of it? That's pretty close to how I'll have it. Same drop it looks like and the red on brushed is what I want..

Here are some more pics, the interior is in process of being redone. I have included a pic of the old interior. I am getting black carpet, black jegs racing seats, I have an Fr500 steering wheel ready to install. As well as a 95 Cobra R hood that just needs painted.

It is when you're in school and have to pay for everything yourself. I baught my car, pay for my OWN insurance, pay for everything that goes into it, buy my own clothes (it's why I look like a scrub most of the time :rlaugh: ), pay for my gas.. I pay for everything! I take all the available hours I can get at work, but I have to have time for school as well.

No matter how you look at it, $1k isn't just chump change you want to spend without knowing fully what you're getting - whether you're the average 18 year old or the average 35 year old!

Anyway, nice pics.. I bought the tires - HTRZ's 275's and 315's.. Just have to wait to get some more money after paying my insurance to get the wheels..
